About the Role:
Vargas Gonzalez Delombard LLP is seeking a talented and driven Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Chicago, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced legal professionals in a collaborative and fast-paced environment where your expertise and ambition will be valued and rewarded.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and litigate a diverse caseload from inception through resolution
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including contracts, motions, briefs, and pleadings
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations
- Provide sound legal counsel and guidance to clients on complex matters
- Collaborate with partners and associates to develop effective legal strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and client records in compliance with firm standards
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar license and good standing in the State of Illinois
- Proven experience in legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-focused demeanor

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
